Frank Hughes founded the company in 1932.

Today the company is run by three directors – Simon Taylor, Mike King and Daniel Jones, - Simon being the founding members great grandson continuing the tradition of having a family member involved with the running of the company.

Our stockholding capacity has greatly increased since those early days following the construction of a large warehouse extension, which added 30% on to our existing storage capabilities giving us a total of 30,000 square feet.

Alongside this extension we have had an extensive refurbishment inside the warehouse, including the addition of a new overhead crane, increasing our stockholding capability by some 500 Tonnes.

Today we supply some of the biggest companies as well as the small to medium sized companies who rely on a fast turnaround and competitive pricing.

We value every customer and every sale.

We sell directly to the public, by offering a cash on delivery service as readily as we supply £50,000 orders to our regular business customers. Both parties receiving the same high level of quality service according to their particular requirements.
